Awena retreat is nestled in the hills overlooking the Black Mountains, near Hay-on-Wye — a peaceful setting that naturally supports rest, healing, and reconnection.

I offer one-to-one sessions combining Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and intuitive guidance. Each session is tailored to support your individual needs, helping your body and mind find calm, balance, and renewal.

QIGONG


Qigong is a gentle movement practice for all abilities that nurtures your body’s natural energy, calms your mind, and strengthens your spirit. I teach weekly classes, welcoming everyone who wishes to reduce stress, find balance, and reconnect with themselves.
