This work offers gentle, one-to-one support for people navigating times of change, illness, emotional strain, or a sense of being out of balance.

Each session is responsive and individual. I work intuitively, listening closely to what is happening in the body and meeting you where you are on that day. The aim is to create a calm, safe space where your nervous system can settle and your inner world can be heard.

How the work unfolds

As we slow down and tune into the body, it often becomes easier to understand what we’ve been carrying — emotionally, physically, and energetically. When feelings such as stress, grief, fear, or sadness are left unacknowledged, they can show up as tension, fatigue, or discomfort.

Through gentle, hands-on and energy-based work, sessions may support the release of held tension and the softening of long-standing patterns. This can help restore a sense of ease, balance, and connection within yourself.

Intuitive guidance and insight

During sessions, intuitive insights may naturally arise. These are offered as gentle reflections — not instructions — and are always grounded in compassion and respect for your own inner wisdom. Many people find these insights help bring clarity, reassurance, and a renewed sense of direction.

Depending on what you need, sessions may draw on:

  • Reiki

  • Craniosacral Therapy

  • intuitive energy healing

  • spiritual life coaching and reflective guidance

You don’t need to know in advance what approach is right — the work unfolds in response to you.

Session Details

Sessions are available in person near Hay-on-Wye, and online for those further away.

Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes and are shaped around what unfolds during our time together.
