In our modern lives, we’re often running on adrenaline, rarely taking time to pause or be still. Through this healing work, your body begins to slow down and reset. You may feel a deep sense of grounding, stillness, and calm — a quietness you may not have felt for a long time.
Each session is a chance to restore balance and energy so that life feels less overwhelming. As the body and mind find harmony again, you may begin to feel lighter emotionally and, for many, physical pain can start to release.
After our time together, we sit for a while to allow the healing to settle — to soak in this new sense of peace and awareness.

Some of the people I work with are living with life-limiting illness or ongoing medical conditions. My Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy sessions are offered as a gentle, complementary support alongside medical treatment — never in place of it.
This work can help ease stress, anxiety, and physical tension, bringing comfort and calm to the body and mind. Many people describe feeling more peaceful, rested, and emotionally balanced after a session.
I offer this healing support to patients, families, and carers, both within the hospice setting and through my private practice. Much of my work also takes place remotely — often through WhatsApp — allowing people to receive support wherever they are in the world.
Alongside this, I work with families who have experienced loss, helping them to gently process grief, find moments of stillness, and begin to reconnect with a sense of peace and balance.

Our bodies are a reflection of what’s happening in our minds. When we slow down and tune into the body, we begin to understand so much about ourselves — our emotions, our stress, our patterns, and our needs.
When emotions such as anger, sadness, or fear are buried or left unacknowledged, they can become held within the physical body. Over time, this can show up as tension, exhaustion, or discomfort. Through gentle, intuitive healing, we can begin to release what has been stored, allowing the body to find ease and flow again.
During each healing session, I listen deeply to the body and work intuitively to bring the mind and body back into balance. I help release emotions, fears, and physical tension that may be trapped within the body. Through gentle touch and energy work, I connect with the fascia — the connective tissue that holds memory and emotion — to go deeper into the layers of the body, releasing old experiences and regulating the nervous system.
